The Shadow Rock TopFlow is the second top-down cooler we've tested - the Noctua NH-L12 being the other - and it's clear to see that this unusual orientation struggles to cool as well as a traditional tower heatsink. Still, if space is at a premium, these top-down solutions are a big step up from the reference cooler bundled with a Core i7-3770K processor.
