The Stacker comes with all the screws needed to attach the drive rails, the mounting bolts and screws for the mainboard installation, the drive rails themselves, and a pair of ATX I/O shields for a couple of the more common I/O layouts.

You also get an adaptor for starting any second PSU you've installed in the Stacker.

The X-Flow fan is a separate item, not sold with the Stacker but which should be available for about $30 wherever you see the Stacker for sale. It's recommended.
