Inside The Beast

Thermaltake Aguila

Inside the back of the Aguila is a single 120mm fan which, unlike the front, is a blue LED model.

The PC speaker is mounted out of the way in the top left-hand corner of the motherboard area. At first it seemed an odd placement for it, but placing the cable under the fitted motherboard helped make it nice and tidy inside. The simplest of ideas can be so effective.

The motherboard area fits all the usual suspects as well as having full compatibility with BTX boards if you purchase the optional accessory pack. As part of the accessories with the Aguila, you also get three plastic pads that you need to place over the mounts for the BTX configuration to stop an ATX board short-circuiting out on the chassis.
