Performance
Even with just the one pre-installed chassis fan, our liquid-cooled AMD Ryzen processor is happy enough with the radiator installed in the roof of the Matrexx 70 enclosure.
Our numbers should, however, be considered a worst-case scenario. We imagine the vast majority of users will be installing additional third-party fans, and we'd suggest swapping the basic exhaust while adding one or two front intakes, a combination that would no doubt improve GPU cooling performance.
There's little in the way of sound-dampening, so Matrexx 70 isn't intended to be the quietest case, but having so few fans means it isn't overly loud, either.
