this is all abit sad and hardly does much for the reputation of gamers and computer enthusiats being sad lil boys sitting in rooms playing with their knobs and overclocking their cocks, sorry, cpu's.

Didn't a couple of computer games expo's ban this throw back ****?

Yes…. you obviously have a clear idea of what we all do….

Many of the people on here are at uni, some work in IT, others don't but have a passing interest. Myself, I've just got back from clubbing @ uni, so I hardly think I'm a ‘sad little boy sitting in rooms’

well i do know something you certainly don't do, read peoples posts properly.

I clearly said it does nothing for the reputation ie stereotype. Half the reason $hit like booth babes annoys me is because it reinforces that caricature and reinforces pc's and computing as a boys club.

I mean can't we leave this crap to the Maxpower types? Is there any need for this nonsense? If I wanted to be shown computer technology by someone paid to smile and with little or no computing knowledge i'd go hang out in PC world.
