Once malicious software gets into your computer, it can be impossible to remove yourself. One in ten UK adults have been victims of cybercrime in the past year. One industry estimate, as quoted by CloudTweaks, is that as many as a third of the world’s computers are infected with some form of malware.
Anti-virus programs are designed to protect your computer from malicious software like viruses, spyware and malware. Protection from these malicious threats is important and anti-virus software is highly recommended.
