PRESS RELEASE

ColorPainter and Teriostar large format inkjet and LED printers will be starring at world’s largest graphic and industrial print trade show, demonstrating unique versatility

Egham, 20 May 2016 – OKI Europe Ltd will be showcasing the unrivalled versatility, speed and outstanding image quality of its newly acquired large format printers at drupa 2016.

“OKI Europe is excited to be demonstrating how it has unique strength right across every aspect of large format printing, providing a potent combination of innovation and experience,” said Frank Jänschke, General Manager Marketing, Large Format Printers, OKI Europe Ltd. “The ability to produce large format materials of such high quality and incredible versatility is only achievable with our level of technological innovation, insight and commitment to meeting the high demands of the creative and graphic arts industry.”

OKI Europe will be showcasing its full range of ground-breaking ColorPainter inkjet printers that deliver extremely high quality on large format media. These include the industry-leading ColorPainter H3-104s that gives graphic businesses the superfast ability to print high-value 2.6m-wide materials for everything from banners and car wrapping to exhibition display materials and wallpaper. Also being demonstrated to visitors will be the M-64sW-54s and W-64s, which are packed with innovation and between them, give businesses the option to use stunning backlit effects or OKI’s revolutionary neon colours.

The ColorPainter H3-104s will showcase how a level of quality previously only attainable on a 1.60m printer is now available on banners and display materials up to 2.60m, printing a 2.60m x 1.0m roll-up in less than three minutes. Using inks which are Greenguard Gold certified, no air purification is necessary, making the H3-104s an incredibly versatile printer that produces materials that are pin-sharp for indoor use and yet totally durable for outdoor use.

Visitors to the OKI Europe stand will also see demonstrations of how the ColorPainter M-64s can produce eye-catching backlit materials, and how the stunning use of OKI’s unique neon colours to bring vibrant colour-intensity to all display materials, is made easy with the W-54s and W-64s.

Alongside these market-leading devices, OKI Europe will also put the spotlight on the high-resolution capabilities of its Teriostar LP-1030 and LP-2050 LED printers, designed to meet the demand for performance, speed and accuracy in large format printing for architecture, engineering and construction.

Held in Düsseldorf Germany, from 31 May to 10 June, drupa is the world’s largest show for the printing industry. OKI Europe will showcase its large format printers at the OKI Europe stand (Hall 5, Stand B21), printing a stunning array of products, with experts on hand to offer insight and advice.

Sample books will also demonstrate the full range of products now possible with these printers including technical textiles, meshes, vinyl and reflective foils.

“drupa is one of the world’s leading trade exhibitions for the graphic and industrial print industry and is a fitting context in which we can let the world know more about the breath-taking, revenue-generating capabilities of our large format printers,” added Pamela Ghosal, General Manager Brand and Marketing Communications, OKI Europe. “During your visit to our stand we are certain you will be amazed by the outstanding quality and media flexibility our large format printers deliver.”
