Power, Temperature and Noise
There's little in it with respect to system power consumption, and we'd recommend using an 850W PSU if going down the RTX 3090 route. We experienced no stability-related problems on either platform during testing.
Same card, similar results. Both systems are very quiet and given no concern over GPU temperature.
And both can be deemed quiet under full gaming load. No matter which you choose, it is possible to build a composed, cool and quiet system around the RTX 3090.
