Conclusion
Slightly disappointing, however, is that despite there being a huge range of Transformers that you can potentially play as they all fit into the four classes and as such, no matter which one you choose in a particular class, they generally control and play very similarly. Nevertheless, they’ve be designed impeccably and whether you’re using Shockwave to transform into jet, or Demolishor to turn into a tank, it’s fun to watch and equally as entertaining zooming around blasting away at enemies in some fiercely fought battles.Transformers War For Cybertron isn’t going to win any awards come the end of the year, but it does offer plenty of entertainment with its range of impressively performing robotic shape-shifters. The production is generally excellent and there are some memorable boss battles and fun to watch cut-scenes that break up some of the repetitive missions. There could have been a lot more features added to the gameplay to give it a little but more spice, but there's still plenty to recommend for fans of Transformers, not least its class-based multiplayer mode and fine implementation of co-op play.
