It’s a big bag full of pleasure
Jeez, I get asked to review some weird stuff. I mean, just how the hell did I end up with a bloody great bean bag in my living room? Well, I’m sure you’re all aware of the Fatboy bean bags, which come in some enormous sizes. Well, the Sumo Omni is a) a more manageable (but still huge) size and b) a damn sight cheaper than other ‘lounge fashion statements’ coming it at just £79, making this well worth a look if you're in the market for unfeasibly large bags. But if you’re looking at these pictures wondering what the hell you’d do with a 4’6”x5’ bean bag, I’ve got to admit that when this turned up on my doorstep, I was very much of the same frame of mind. I reckon the delivery guy was French as all he did was shrug and walk off… And that’s the thing about all these super-size bean bags; they’re all a bit on the large size which means fitting them into the average living room is going to be something of a problem.
Luckily for me, I have a pretty damn large living room which means I could tuck the Omni out of the way behind the sofa (where it sulked like a huge orange blob monster) when it wasn’t in use. But this isn’t a review about how to store the Omni, it’s a review about how the Omni is to use and that’s where it really is very, very good.
