On the table
It could be argued that I'm not the most qualified of players to be putting a snooker cue to the test. Unfortunately, Mark Selby wasn't available.
In the past, my highest break in snooker had amounted to a truly woeful 24, that's three reds and three blacks for those who don't know the rules. After playing for just a few hours over the past few weeks with the racing-green MoJo cue, I'm happy, and might I add, proud, to reveal a new highest break of 27 - a combination of red, black, red, blue, red, blue, red, pink.
I may not yet be a match for Hurricane Higgins, but I'm already becoming known as Monsoon Mann at my local snooker hall. Slight exaggeration, I'm still losing the majority of my matches. However, and more importantly, I'm now enjoying my time at the table. With new cue in hand, I'm more inclined to want to play too.
