Perhaps we're far too jaded to have a normal viewpoint - or have just spent too much time studying psychology.

So rather than inflict our prejudices on you, we'll just make you aware of the fact that the UK-based Imagini social networking site claims to have created personalised profiles for over 1.2 million visitors - and point you at the press release in the hope that you will be able to tell us what this is all about.

If you can do that, we'd be most grateful to read your take over in the HEXUS.community.

Took me three minutes to select the pics which suited me. Their profile described someone else though, certainly not me !

It seems to have profiled me quite well based on what I'm feeling like right now and if I register then it will…

* Show your name to people who match you
* Let you contact people
* Allow people to contact you

But I can't really be bothered with that :)

I've had this visualDNA on my myspace page for a while now and a few of my mates thought it was pretty funky and have put it on theirs as well.

The only things it got right about me were things which I explicitly told it through my choice of pics. Otherwise it just looked like a bad attempt at Barnum statements.
