PX Software Pty Ltd, to benefit from significant investment and business support
Phoenix Distribution Africas steady growth over the past two years has firmly established the company as a leading specialist software republishing distributor MEA Africa with a subsidiary office, PX Software Pty Ltd , in the UK. The business extends itself into the retail consumer market with their offering of software and other IT related products.
The company's unique offering, coupled with its expertise in this sector, have placed Phoenix Distribution as part of the most successful distribution businesses across the territory, and well placed to replicate its success in the UK.
First Technology Holdings, one of the largest privately-owned IT companies in Africa, has signed an agreement to gain a controlling equity stake in Phoenix Distribution. Whilst First Technology Holding's investment is significant, it is not making the acquisition in order to consolidate Phoenix Distribution into its existing businesses. Instead, it will provide the funding and advice required to grow the business even further whilst ensuring its own unique identity with a focus on key brand acquisition and growth.
