To reflect the widening scope of its business, Acoustic Solutions has changed its name to Clarity Vision (Group) Ltd.

As Clarity Vision, the company will continue to build upon the successful platform established through Acoustic Solutions over the last ten years.  It will provide unique niche market consumer electronic products through two divisions; traditional domestic sales, and direct sales from abroad.

Acoustic Solutions’ founder and chief executive David Stobart will become CEO concentrating on sales in the UK.  Roger Fearn, a founder shareholder of Acoustic Solutions, has been retained through his company HRF Enterprises, to head up the Direct Sales Division.

Fearn was previously managing director of Goodmans; he has years of experience working in the consumer electronic industry and his company is ideally placed to oversee sales for Clarity from key Far Eastern manufacturers, supplying predominantly television products straight to UK retailers.

Sacha Kusmirek will also join the team as director of purchasing and will be responsible for liaising with the Far East factories, sourcing product, and ensuring production schedules run smoothly.  Prior to joining the company Kusmirek was director of purchasing at Goodmans.  He also successfully launched a variety of new technologies for Comet.

Trevor Collins, managing director of Clarity Vision (Group) Ltd, sees the restructuring as an important move to firmly position the company as a strong global supply chain partner.

He says: “The Acoustic Solutions brand is synonymous with excellent home entertainment.  Our success and growth over the past ten years is testament to our knowledge of new technologies and our attention to customer needs.

“Purchasing of goods is moving away from the traditional supply chain route and, with competitively priced products available from foreign markets, retailers no longer need limit themselves to trading with domestic companies.  In keeping with our proactive ethos, we believe a consolidation of our products under Clarity Vision (Group) Ltd will give our customers added value and a greater access to our entire portfolio of goods.

Collins continues: “This will provide tailored solutions for those customers who wish to go the direct import route, offering them an increased ability to design and source competitively priced products from abroad.”

Positioning itself as a global leader, Clarity Vision (Group) Ltd will work towards further enhancing its catalogue of successful brands.
