Benchmarks: Gaming
We're of the opinion Nvidia's GeForce GTX 970 is an excellent GPU, but it makes most sense in systems priced at or below £1,000. The Predator G6, at £1,500, falls short of the graphics standard being set by others.

The Predator G6-710 is a 1080p gaming machine first and foremost, and though in-game framerates are silky smooth, that might not be enough to attract customers at this particular price point. It's worth noting that Acer is also introducing models outfitted with a superior GeForce GTX 980, yet that configuration will set you back £2,000.
