We wouldn't go as far as to call a GeForce GTX 970 a weak link, but the RoG G20CB punches below the expectations at this price point. There are four Ā£1,500 systems in our line-up, and only the Asus machine includes a GTX 970 - the other, admittedly bulkier PCs step up to a GTX 980 for the same price.

Yet it's always worth considering how much power you actually need. The GeForce GTX 970 remains a solid GPU, and one that makes light work of gaming at a full-HD 1080p resolution. Pair the RoG G20CB with a full-HD G-Sync monitor and you'll get fantastic results.
