If you came in with high hopes, it's time to temper those expectations. The Celeron N3000 clearly isn't in the same league as Intel's range of high-profile Core processors, and in the single-threaded workloads is only fractionally quicker than the Atom Z3735F powering the tiny Intel Compute Stick.
In multi-threaded workloads, the quad-core Atom processor actually has the upper hand, so while the Celeron N3000 will get most things done, don't expect it to get things done quickly.
