Review: PC Specialist Vulcan 440

We start by examining CPU performance and PC Specialist is off to a flyer. The Vulcan 440's Core i7-4790K is overclocked to a lofty 4.6GHz, enabling it to race to the top of the single-threaded PiFast chart. Cinebench and Handbrake offer a more strenuous look at multi-threaded performance, and the hyper-threading-enabled Core i7 part shows its strength - it easily outpaces all the Core i5 systems and is second only to a premium hexa-core i7-5820K.
