Memory Tests

Memory Bandwidth

Memory Bandwidth

The MESH Elite Fire X1950 is a touch slower than the Extreme SLI and the HEXUS test system, but by less than 2% overall.

Memory Latency

Memory Access Latency

Lower is better this time around and the Fire goes 6 percent quicker or so than the rest. With the same core logic as the HEXUS system, it's the overclocked memory that sees to it being so.

HEXUS.pifast

We use our own HEXUS.pifast benchmark to check all is well, setting us up for the rest of the MT benchmarks and the gaming performance.

Pifast

The Fire system is (much) slower than its specs would suggest, suggesting a hardware or software misconfiguration. We'll see if that carries on to the rest of our testing.
