The gaming benchmarks include the on-board graphics' results. The test suite is relatively new and run at 1024x768x32 unless otherwise stated. The 2D of Intel's Extreme 2 graphics is extremely poor when compared to a decent, discrete card. It doesn't appear as if 3D is all that much better. To view the Biostar's results with a 9800PRO, head here. We reckon that a decent PAT BIOS would push the score up to 19,000 marks or so.

Comanche 4 requires hardware transform and lighting. The Intel on-board graphics, unfortunately, don't possess this ability, so the benchmark refuses to run. A discrete 9800PRO manages to put up a commendable performance in the iDEQ 200T, though.

There's not too much to separate the SFF systems in Serious Sam: The Second Encounter. The onboard graphics don't produce a playable frame-rate at the standard 10x7 setting. It's a matter of knocking down the resolution and any quality settings.
