Memory-related benchmarks
Due to the Matrix² CrossFire 1300 and 1600 SKUs using identical components with respect to 2D, a single graph line will represent their performance. Testing both setups showed very little statistical deviation.
Both sets of MESH performance data is down compared to our test rigs that run with low-latency memory. Even once we take into account the lower bandwidth and slightly higher latency associated with AMD's dual-core CPUs, we still reckon that an investment in higher-spec. memory would yield better performance dividends for MESH.
