No surprises here, as performance from the hexa-core, twelve-thread Core i7 980X processor is excellent. You get what you pay for from an £800-plus chip.
Having this amount of power on tap from a system so small is impressive but the combination of Shuttle's SX58J3 and Intel's 980X chip doesn't come cheap.
