Benchmarks: CPU
Expecting a little more from the eight-core i7-10700? The 10th Gen chip is up against some stern latest-generation competitors, but the results are stifled somewhat by the fact that the CPU isn't able to maintain the highs in the more demanding benchmarks. Our logs reveal that all-core frequency would quickly drop to ~3.2GHz in order to keep temperatures in check.
Arguably not too big an issue for gaming purposes, and the Zotac mini PC remains noticeably quick and responsive during everyday tasks, but not ideal if your CPU is frequently tasked with a lot of multi-threaded heavy lifting.
