PCSpecialist's air-cooler is comfortably able to prevent the CPU throttling under high load, though overclocking with increased voltages wouldn't be recommended.

Topaz-Pro R has for the most part lived up to its billing, but overall noise levels do leave room for improvement. We appreciate the fact that it doesn't get particularly loud when gaming, yet it could certainly be quieter at low load, and even when idling is quite distracting in a quiet room.
