I'm not sure why the comparison Cubik GamePro's numbers are so low. It also features an NVIDIA chipset that run S939 CPUs in dual-channel mode. SCAN's system is just where you would expect it to be.

Latency, or lack of it, is helped by Corsair's impressive 2-2-2-5 DDR400 RAM.
