Cooling hot-running components is relatively easy. Doing it while making very little noise is the real trick, and Scan has managed to pull it off. You do hear pump acceleration when the CPU is stressed, but the 3XS Fluid Carbon Xp is the fastest PC on show, and with either the CPU or GPU under load, it is also by some margin the quietest.
