Looking at a deeper queue depth provides a good idea on how well the controller is able to handle heavier loads imposed by more concurrent users.
Moving 4K files around in this manner is instructive insofar as the SL301 produces the best read number and reasonable write numbers when compared to similar drives. The OCZ Trion, for example, also uses TLC-based NAND.
