The HyperX, like all SandForce SF-2281 drives, gets off to a flyer in the ATTO disk benchmark.

Looking solely at raw sequential throughput, the drive scores read and write speeds of 556.7MB/s and 526.3MB/s, respectively - that's actually higher than Kingston's claimed speeds of 550MB/s and 510MB/s.
