Well, hello, 1GB/s transfers, and it's the first time we've seen such a figure reached with off-the-shelf storage. Bear in mind this is the sequential speed of the drives, and you would need to have recipient storage that can benefit from ultra-high-speed transfers.

Performance of a single drive isn't too shabby, either.

Benchmark-busting performance in the companion writing test. Obtaining these speeds requires a SATA 6Gbps interface, necessitating the use of a new-ish motherboard.

ATTO, however, serves to make all SSDs look great. It's worth investigating how they get on when pulling and pushing small files around.
