The N7700PRO offers decent performance when used via single Gigabit Ethernet, but it shines when connected through a fibre-optic 10GbE link.

During our 64KB sequential read and write tests, we found that the move to a 10GbE connection resulted in massive performance boosts of up to 150 per cent and up to 72 per cent, respectively.
