The key performance characteristic of this model is fast sequential transfers ordinarily outside the technical remit of M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 drives. Having RAID0 active is great for sequentials but worth practically nothing when examining performance of moving lots of small files around. Makes sense, as well, because the focus here is on IOPs.
