We've seen some vendors eschew a dedicated DRAM cache on mainstream offerings; Kingston makes no such concession, and caching performance is a reflection of the A2000's strong all-round credentials. PCMark takes very kindly to the combination of SM2263 controller and 96-layer 3D TLC, and a top-three entry in Final Fantasy XIV load time cements the drive's position as a fast performer.
