Here is where we examine the performance of the baked-in IGP, keeping the driver versions consistent between kits. The Ballistix Sport is always a tad behind the 3,200MHz Corsair at both resolutions.
Rather than look at the average framerate alone, we're also graphing the minimum observed. The premise here is to see if larger quantities of memory can smooth performance. 32GB appears to help in this instance.
A closer look at the performance of the two other games reveals that the medium-quality settings are too much for Shadow of Mordor, meaning memory capacity or frequency is largely irrelevant, while the minimum framerate in Total War: Rome II makes it unplayable. Sometimes you just need more GPU muscle.
