The answer is that there's nary a difference between the performance of the Ryzen 7 2700 processor when memory speed and latency is changed. Sure, an extra per cent or so never hurts, but that's all it is when going from DDR4-2933 to DDR4-3200.
Of course, given the choice, you would always opt for faster RAM if available, though it is not something to be overly concerned about: the level of CPU or GPU overclocking is far more likely to have a bigger impact on overall performance.
