We also focus on low-load efficiency because this is the kind of wattage your PC will routinely idle at for hours on end. The higher-wattage Rosewill has a harder task at making sure that low loads are efficient - less of the PSU is being tasked - but it does a reasonable job for a supply in its financial class.
