Brightness, Blacks and Contrast

Peak brightness, while not exemplary by today's standards, is actually a tad higher than the quoted 400 nits. Middling black levels and limited contrast - a hallmark of IPS tech - are unavoidable, and the HDR experience is limited at best. Good to see brightness go as low as 43 nits, though; handy if you're gaming in the dark.
