How much do you expect from an £870 34in display? The UWQHD resolution and FreeSync 2 at up to 144Hz are the obvious highlights, yet in other areas the MSI Optix struggles to live up to its billing. Brightness is decent but not spectacular, and both black levels and contrast leave something to be desired.
