Uniformity and Efficiency

Colour uniformity

Colour uniformity isn't bad, with only mild variance in the top-left and bottom-right corners.

Luminance uniformity

The same can't be said for luminance uniformity, with over 10 per cent deviance across the top and bottom. This isn't noticeable during regular use unless you specifically look for it, but it will be interesting to see how Aorus fares with regards to quality control. We won't know for sure until many more users get the AD27QD in their hands.

A panel that's brighter than most means that power consumption is just a fraction higher than the other 27in monitors in our line-up.
