Media encoding, Raytracing, KribiBench
An extremely close set of results in our first media encoding test. 3m and 39s to encode 611MB worth of wave files into 192kb/s MP3.
KribiBench is hard work for Sempron CPUs. Once again, both nForce3 250Gb boards return benchmarks that can be substituted for one another.
Our second media encoding test uses the versatile XviD CODEC to compress the first vob file of Sleepy Hollow into a clip averaging 1433KB/s.
The latest iteration of Realstorm's Raytracing benchmark looks favourably on S754 and the K8AN2E-GR. Going off on a tangent for a second, I had no problems with the board's SATA performance.
