Modern PCs have become far more energy efficient than, say, five years ago. A sub-30W reading is good.

The G3258 is a low-power CPU. Running at under 50W when at full chat in wPrime is, again, great.

Overclocked to the max, 64W doesn't even tickle our PSU.
