Packaging has seen a radical change in the last couple of years. Everyone seems to want to portray their motherboards as stylish accessories.
Instead of a standard box, EPoX now favour a hard slide-on cover for their premium motherboards. I kind of like it. The cover also illustrates the features that various motherboards with the same base name will carry.
You're provided with an extra USB2.0 header that provides a further 2 USB2.0 ports. A S-ATA cable, game port cable, backplane, ATA133, ATA 100, and floppy drive cable. You also receive a well-written manual, driver CD containing various utilities, and a floppy to get the RAID setup going. I'd have liked a S/PDIF card giving you further connectivity options.
