The ASUS board is a touch slower than the comparison trio in the first few tests.
But it comes back to lead in the all-core wPrime examination. Looking closer at the actual frequency of the chip, which largely dictates performance, it flitted between 3.6GHz and 3.8GHz during the benchmark. The 3.8GHz figure is higher than it should be, according to Intel's specifications.
