The Mini-ITX board shaves a few watts off full-size offerings. The gap isn't as large as one may suspect. Run a 1080p clip from the SSD and average power-draw hovers at 35W, rising to 40W for a Blu-ray. Really, users thinking of such a build may do well with a passive 'brick-style' PSU.
