Ah, the ASRock-instigated AVX issue raises its head once again. Testing shows the N7 Z590 drops its all-core speed from 4.8/4.9GHz observed in Cinebench to around 4GHz in Blender. The diminution is more aggressive on this board than on the PG Velocita.
