Introduction

The Soyo SY-7VCA has proven to be a very stable offering for FC-PPGA Intel Coppermine processors. By purchasing an E series processor most would be overclockers are able to jump straight to the 133Mhz bus speed and have essentially an EB series processor, which provides a nice amount more speed.

The SY-7VCA was the first motherboard that offered native support of the new generation Flip Chip PIII Processors from Intel. Offering a VIA 133A chipset to support 133Mhz bus speeds with out overclocking the remaining system busses to drastic extremes, this board offers 32 different FSB adjustments for all types of tweakers. The board brings the expandability of three DIMM slots for a maximum memory capacity of 1.5GB.
