We are testing in the out-of-the-box mode, where the 32-core chip falls foul of having too many cores. You can get better results by switching to a dedicated Game Mode, necessitating a reboot, but the fact remains AMD's flagship consumer processor struggles here... and no X399 motherboard can do anything about that.
