Benchmarks: CPU

We start with a series of CPU benchmarks and the Core i7-6700HQ serves up no surprises. The quad-core chip is from Intel's latest-generation Skylake stable and delivers high-end performance on mobile PCs. It's a sign of the times, however, that performance gains between generations are minimal at best - in these benchmarks, the original Aorus X5, powered by a Core i7-5700HQ is just as quick (Handbrake), if not quicker (Cinebench).
