Razer's revised chassis is clearly helping the Blade 15 get more from its underlying components, but it's still a tight squeeze, as evidenced by the 97.2 per cent score in the Time Spy Stress Test. Remember, a score of at least 97 per cent is required to pass, so the RTX Blade only just sneaks through.
