Benchmarks: Temperature and Noise
We had alluded to the repercussions of not calling on Nvidia Optimus to switch off the discrete GPU wherever possible, and though the recorded temperatures are nothing out of the ordinary, noise levels are a cause for concern. The Aorus 15's dual fans are always operational, as is to be expected given the always-on GPU, and fan noise ranges from clearly audible to quite loud. It's never quiet, so bear that in mind if you need a laptop that's peaceful during everyday work.
