Benchmarks: Power Draw and Battery Life

Laptop manufacturers often argue that battery life isn't important on a 17.3in desktop replacement. There's some merit to that stance - users of the Aorus X7 v7 probably will keep it plugged in most of the time - yet it's nonetheless disappointing to find that the laptop ran out of juice in under two-and-a-half hours in our standard battery rundown test.
